Return and Exchange Policy (updated 3/14/2014)

Pür Minerals honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Pür Minerals order, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your product purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Pür Minerals products. We’re sorry; Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Please contact Pür Minerals for help with this process 1.866.787.0022 or customerservice@purminerals.com. To ensure proper processing of your return, simply follow the instructions below:


  1. Please contact our customer service department at 1.866.787.0022 to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) and return instructions. An RMA # is required in order to process returns and issue credit.

  2. Please write the RMA# clearly on your packing slip and on the outside of your box. Please include the packing slip inside your return package.

  3. When packing the items, please do so in the original packaging and be sure to include all pieces, even if empty.

  4. Please ship your package back via a traceable method. Be sure to have your package post-marked within 30 days of your delivery date to ensure processing of your return.

  5. Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel enrollment in, and future shipments from, an auto-ship plan that you may have joined via infomercial (Pür Minerals auto-ship or continuity plans). To prevent future shipments and/or charges to your

  6. Please note that we CANNOT issue refunds for Pür Minerals orders that are returned after the return policy period has expired. Pür Minerals orders that are returned beyond the return policy period will not be sent back unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a $10.00 re-shipment fee.

  7. A full product price refund will be processed within 1-2 billing cycles from the date that your returned product was received.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at 1.866.PUR.0022 (1.866.787.0022), or email us at customerservice@purminerals.com.
