When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days within the USA. If it has been longer than 7 business days and your package has not arrived, please contact customer service at 1-866-787-0022 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. If you have a Pur Minerals account on our website you are able to track the status of your order until it ships. Upon shipping we will e-mail you a confirmation that will have the FedEx tracking number on it.

If an item is labeled temporarily out of stock, we expect to have the item back in stock in the near future. Please continue to check our website for updates. U.S.:
U.S. customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order being shipped. This e-mail will contain a FedEx tracking number. You may also log into your account on purminerals.com and visit purminerals.com/my-account/order-history. Click 'Order Status' to view your tracking number.
Canada:
Customers in Canada will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you do not receive your order within 21 business days of receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you.
