How do I activate my gift card?

If you’ve received an e-Gift Card from Pür Minerals, simply click on the link provided in the email to activate your e-Gift Card. You will be taken to a page where you will be given a certificate code to use during checkout.

How do I use my e-Gift Card?

e-Gift Cards are only redeemable at PurMinerals.com. Once you’ve selected your items for purchase, simply enter the certificate code (provided to you upon activation) and click the 'Update Cart' button. Your e-Gift Card balance will be deducted from your total cart amount.

What do I do if my recipient has not received the email notification or I have not received the email purchase confirmation?

Is there an e-Gift Card fee or a processing fee? What about a redemption fee for my recipient?

We do not charge fees for gift card purchase or redemption.

What should I do if I think my e-Gift Card is lost or has been stolen?

Unfortunately, sometimes email gets lost. e-Gift Cards are typically sent within 24 hours after the purchase has been received in our system. If you have been waiting longer than 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.787.0022 and let us know that your e-Gift Card seems to be delayed. Please provide your order number and the email address the card was supposed to be sent to.

What happens to my balance if I do not use the total amount of my gift card?

Your remaining e-Gift Card balance will be available for future purchases on PurMinerals.com. You can check your balance at any time by going to this url: http://www.purminerals.com/e-gift-cards/balance.

How do I place an order for a gift card?

a. Go to the e-Gift Card page.

b. Select your e-Gift Card design and desired denomination and click 'Add to Bag.'

c. Personalize your message to the recipient and finalize your purchase via our secure online payment process.

I have completed my order. When should I expect my e-Gift Card order confirmation email?

You will receive your order confirmation almost immediately after you have completed your order. If you have not received your order confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folders. Redemption

e-Gift Cards must be redeemed through Pür Minerals' retail website, www.PurMinerals.com, toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the e-Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's e-Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the e-Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card.

Limitations

e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for purchases from third party seller(s) website.

e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other e-Gift Cards from www.PurMinerals.com

e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused e-Gift Card balances may not be transferred.

Policies

e-Gift Cards and their use on the PurMinerals.com Web site are subject to PurMinerals.com's general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice. PurMinerals.com may provide e-Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-Gift Cards.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for e-Gift Cards pass from the purchaser, upon our electronic transmission, to the purchaser or recipient, whichever is applicable. Pür Minerals is not responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud

Pür Minerals will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on PurMinerals.com.
