• Goal of the Pür Marketing Coordinator:
• To build set Pür Minerals retail sales and achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales goals.
• To develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and contribute to the overall success of the brand.


• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• On-the-floor selling.
• Retail, interview, train and supervise a team of reliable freelance makeup artists.
• Build strong relationships with in-store retail staff.
• Effectively execute Pür Minerals promotions and regional events.
• Work with outside resources to build market share and Pür Minerals brand awareness.
• Maintain the Pür Minerals brand image by adhering to company policies, dress code, merchandising guidelines, schematic, etc.
• Lead by example through personally demonstrating effective techniques for makeup application, selling skills, merchandising and unit presentation.
• Ensure that each store is trained seasonally reinforce training with follow-up sessions including selling techniques and demonstrations.
• Maintain ongoing, consistent communication with all in-store staff and executive level store management.
• Analyze productive reports and weekly numbers.
• Organize, monitor and replenish inventory for maximum effectiveness of displays, gondola and tester units.
• Create opportunities with outside resources to build in-store business.


• Pür Marketing Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct professional group presentations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and retailers.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to incur two weeks of expenses on personal credit card. Reimbursements processed within one week of submission.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
• General computer knowledge and basic operation of office equipment.
