• To achieve set retail sale goals by giving exceptional customer service, cross-selling, up-selling and having an effective closing to every sale.
• To be a team player with the retail partner and contribute to the overall success of the brand.


• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• On-the-floor selling.
• Conduct mineral makeup applications and consultations.
• Build brand awareness.
• Achieve a personal sales goal on an hourly and daily basis.
• Provide all customers with a positive shopping experience through high sales productivity and a sharp focus on cross-selling multiple items during each transaction.
• Arrive promptly on scheduled workdays.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.


• Sales and Marketing Skills:
• Ability to focus on foundation and skin care sales.
• Ability to give product knowledge and provide customer service.
• Must meet hourly and daily sales goals.

• Artistry Schedules:
• Must be available for weekend shifts, special events and additional hours during holiday peak times.
• Regular artistry shifts are 5 hours per workday.


• Pür Artistry Qualifications:
• Proven track record in the beauty industry.
• Ability to work weekends, extended holiday hours during the week and long hours during event promotions.
• Ability to work nights when needed.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
• Comfortable doing makeup application and skin care consultations.
• Ability to understand and communicate in-store needs, success and challenges.
• Adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customers' needs at one time.
• Ability to offer every customer pür-fect customer service.
