Did you know that cleaning your makeup brushes regularly is a must-do activity for all, no matter how often you use them? Keeping the brushes that touch your face clean can help keep bacteria and breakouts at bay. Here’s how we recommend doing it:

 

Step 1: Rinse brushes under lukewarm, running water
Step 2: Gently swirl in a bowl filled with water and a squirt of shampoo or cleanser
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 until running water runs clear
Step 4: Use a cloth to remove excess water and reshape the bristles
Step 5: Lay flat on a cloth to dry

Get this Red Hot Red Carpet Look!

PREP: First, prep the skin with a light moisturizer such as Soak It Up.

 

FACE: Using the Liquid Chisel Brush, apply 4-in-1 Liquid Foundation to your face, blending until even. Use a liquid spot concealer, like Disappearing Ink, to cover any imperfections (especially beneath the eyes).

 

CHEEKS: Lightly apply Château Cheeks Cream Blush in Flirt to your cheeks, beginning on the apple and working upward and outward. Use your fingertips or the Liquid Chisel Brush for a more airbrushed effect.

 

EYES: Everything you need is in Pür’s NEW Soul Mattes palette! Start with a sheer wash of BFF on the eyelid and blend from the lash line to the crease.
