Here at Pür, we never miss a chance to support for our favorite cause: women’s heart health. Which is why we’re super excited for Go Red For Women®’s annual luncheon here in Atlanta on June 5th. As the no. 1 killer of American women, heart disease affects us all and has personally touched each of us here at Pür.

Events like this are critical to raising awareness (and much- needed funding). They’re also a lot of fun. With red as the theme (it is Go Red after all), everyone is rocking their finest scarlets, crimsons and roses. We can’t wait to show off our new, flame red GLINT clutch, packed with a few of our Pür Purpose favorites.

Pür Minerals took the Windy City by storm this weekend, teaming up with London’s premier fashion brand (and Kate Middleton fave), L.K. Bennett, at Chicago’s 2012 Spring Fling Event. More than 200 of the city’s fashion elite celebrated spring in high style, enjoying custom Pür makeovers and “Cherry Noir” manicures by Mario Tricoi (a stylish nod to Grey Goose, whose Cherry Noir vodka made its debut). Hosted by Graham Kostic of Glossed and Found, the event featured stunning images from Pür’s latest photo collaboration with L.K. Bennett, plus guest goodies like our On the Go Eye Trio and the U.K. brand’s spring/summer look book.

We at Pür are big on giving back. From supporting the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women® movement to volunteering locally, we’re committed to making our community a better place. This weekend, our very own Ela G. took to the streets of Atlanta. As a volunteer with Seven Bridges to Recovery, Ela visited some of the city’s most poverty-stricken areas, where she brought meals and spiritual support to those in need. Marianna Wows at Miss Georgia Teen America

For those who haven’t heard, Pür’s youngest model, Marianna Gunther, has been winning praise (and prizes) at leading beauty pageants throughout the Southeast. A native of Kennesaw, Georgia, Marianna began her Miss Teen journey last September when she won the title of Teen Miss North Georgia State Fair. This month, our favorite teen model-and-artist earned a top spot in Miss Georgia Teen America, wowing in her gorgeous teal gown and, of course, Pür Minerals makeup. On behalf of everyone at Pür: we’re so proud of you!

As celebs and press celebrated the re-launch of Atlanta’s premiere luxury lifestyle magazine, Pür brought its beauty A-game to the red carpet event. As music star and American Idol alum Adam Lambert lit up the stage, Pür wowed guests with dazzling makeovers, including show-worthy looks for the cheerleaders of the Atlanta Hawks Dance Team.
