The Pür Minerals team was honored to attend the recent spring fashion show and charity event at Saks Fifth Avenue Atlanta to benefit animal lovers and their pets. The event raised nearly $45,000 for the Atlanta Humane Society.
Guests were treated to the best of spring fashion, including decadent pops of color from designers such as Giambattista Valli, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli. Bright hues of lemon, orange and red lifted the mood and left us all yearning for spring.
The highlight of the event included our very own Executive Chairman, Bob Cohen, and his adorable Pomeranian pooch, Foxie, strutting their stuff on the runway.

Last night, “Beautiful Creatures” fans from all over Atlanta descended on the Perimeter Mall Barnes & Noble for an exclusive sneak peek at the film and the chance to meet two of its stars. More than 300 people showed up to the event, hosted by radio station Q100. There, they were treated to never-before-seen footage, supernatural prizes (including Pür’s movie-inspired palette) and special appearances from Zoey Deutch (Emily) and Thomas Mann (Link). Like millions around the world, last night’s Olympic gymnastics event had us glued to the TV. All five members of Team USA looked flawless as they swung, spun and soared through each routine, taking home the gold for the first time since the 1996 games here in Atlanta. That team, dubbed the Magnificent Seven, included such superstars as Dominique Dawes, Shannon Miller and Kerri Strug, who vaulted for gold on a sprained ankle. Determined not to be outdone, Jordyn Wieber, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross and McKayla Maroney each demonstrated a competitiveness that earned them the title, “the fierce five”.
