Shape Up for Swimsuit Season

It’s March ladies, and bikini season is upon us! Here in Atlanta, we are already feeling the heat. Thinking of toning up before you pull out your favorite bikini? We have a few workout tips to get you started.  

Cardio Workouts:

  • One hour of yoga, zumba or pilates
  • Run for 45 minutes
  • Circuit Training: 10 pushups, 30 lunges, 30 bicycle crunches, jumping jacks for 60 seconds, plank for 60 seconds (repeat 2x)

Morning exercise improves sleep, promotes weight loss and boosts brain function. Turning on your bedside lamp will get you up and moving faster. Try incorporating one or more of these brief exercises into your morning routine:

  • 50 crunches (alternate sides for extra burn)
  • Two sets of 10-15 arm curls on each side
  • Yoga with a friend
