You will want to start by applying a light coat of Pür Minerals mineral eye shadow. This helps set the liquid eyeliner and keeps it from smudging over time. Next, dip an Eyeliner Brush in and out of the bottle a few times to make sure it’s fully coated.  Be sure to wipe off any excess on a tissue so that dripping doesn’t occur.

When you first start experimenting with liquid eyeliner, you may want to try applying two or even three thin lines to see what works best with your unique complexion.

If you choose to apply to the bottom lid, be very careful to avoid getting the liquid in your eyes. Here you should also apply in very soft, thin lines, tracing the edge of the lash from the inner to the outer corner. Once complete, do not apply any other eye makeup until your liquid eyeliner has had ample time to fully dry.
