Auto Ship Order

Your Auto Ship order with PurMinerals.com is set up when you complete an order that includes item(s) in your shopping cart that are designated for Auto Ship.

Certain products are excluded from the Auto Ship program. Please see individual product page for details.

You will save up to 20% or more on each product shipment and free shipping on subsequent Auto Ship orders.

Your initial order designating an Auto Ship item may also contain regular items. However:

• Regular items will not be added to your Auto Ship order and will be excluded from Auto Ship discounts.
• When using a promo code, the code will apply to regular items but will not apply to the item(s) you designate for Auto Ship.

To make any changes to your Auto Ship order, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.787.0022.

Billing, Shipping and Address Management

Credit cards will be the only accepted payment on orders containing Auto Ship item(s). Your credit card will also be billed for taxes and shipping, if applicable.

Your credit card information will be saved with your Auto Ship order and billed each time an Auto Ship recurrence is processed.

The billing and shipping addresses chosen for your initial order will be saved with your Auto Ship order. Any future recurring orders that are processed will ship to this address. To modify your billing or shipping details, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.787.0022.

Shipment and Notifications

You will receive an email informing you of a new shipment, once the package has left our warehouse.

If a scheduled shipment contains item(s) that are out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive notification via email. We will also notify you if we are unable to process your credit card for payment.

Stopping Your Auto Ship Order

If you establish an Auto Ship order and no longer wish to receive shipments, please contact Customer Service at 1.866.787.0022 to cancel.

e-Gift Cards may not be used with any Auto Ship purchase.

Pür Minerals reserves the right to cancel any account at any time due to deliverability issues, suspected fraud or violation of Pür Minerals terms and conditions.

Pür Minerals reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Auto Ship program at any time without notice.
