Glimmer Pencils should be applied after eye shadow and before applying mascara. Use these eyeliner tips to get perfectly outlined eyes:

• Gradually expose a small portion of the eye color by turning the barrel of the eye pencil.
• Apply color using soft, short strokes from the inner corner of the eye and working towards the outer corner.
• If you want to add a smoky effect for an evening out, lightly smudge your eye pencil strokes to reveal a softer finish.
