Application Tips
Work the bristles of your makeup brush into the rocks to unlock the pure pigments. Apply with the 3D method: Dip the appropriate brush into the rocks, draw a circle on the lid and dust onto your face.
Pür Tip: Use the Powder Brush or Shadow Brush for expert application. Or, use as a crayon and draw onto lips and eyes for more intense colour.

Overall  | 14-May-2013PUR ROCKS ROCK! PUR Rocks are exactly as described and better than I expected. I thought the PUR colour looked light, but when I tried it I realized it is perfect medium skin tones. (Lava was too red and dark) I love the dimension and versatility. Because of the different hues, you can literally use the individual rocks to shade & contour eyes and lips, then apply as blush. It's truly an amazing product.  I Recommend This Product   |
Overall  | 02-Feb-2012Good distribution, bad product design "The fact that this product is made to look like coloured multi-dimentional stones, we already know, is a gimmick. Although it does help in limiting the quaintly of product that ends up on your brush so that your blush application is even and natural looking. It's suggested it can be used for things other then blush but I'm not sure how you'd do that, since you really need to apply pressure to ""scoop"" up some color with the brush. Most notably, every time I open the container or try to use the product, the little stones go everywhere! I must have lost half the box in the few months I've had it. All in all, it's an interesting idea, it has some small advantages, but I am going for the regular type of blush next time, hands down."I Don't Recommend This Product 2 people liked this comment. |
Overall | 27-Mar-2011Great for travel! I love this product. I bring it with me when I travel and use it as blush, eye shadow and lipstick. The pieces are not easy to pick up, so I just use brushes. The rocks are not ""garnet & rose zircon""...they are all a dirty brown color that gives no color when applied...only a bit of ""pearl"". I ordered this product to use as blush, since I thought it would give a soft pink color...I'm soooo disappointed. The ""rosy glow"" is nonexistent. Overall | 30-Oct-2010One of the best from Pur These rocks give you such a great healthy look. You can actually decide if you dip your brush in the darker ones or in the lighter ones and create your personal shade. I love the light pink ones for the glow and use them on my eyes too. As for the more intense ones, I use them on my cheeks and lips. There is no end to what you can do with those rocks. They ROCK!!! I Recommend This ProductOne person liked this comment. |
Overall  | 25-Oct-2010Beautiful! This is a berry pink blush on my medium skin and it is beautiful. To get the most pigment I apply it with my fingers instead of a blush brush. I just take my ring finger and swipe it over the rocks and dab each cheek then blend it out. Not shimmery just gives you a dewy glow. I Recommend This ProductOne person liked this comment. |
Overall | 07-May-2010A pretty glow "This product just arrived as part of a kit. I was afraid this would be too pink and too shiny but once I tried it I was sold! The color is actually pretty neutral (not too pink or peachy) and is a little ""glowy"" but not shiny. Also a little goes a long way and it has not budged all day! Yet another new favorite!!! My only complaint is that they're touted as something you can pick up and draw with but the rocks are too small and messy to use that way, especially if you have any nails at all."
