Overall  | 22-Dec-2010better than before I used the original chisel brush and loved it. I thought the design on this one was so cute, so I ordered two of them during the BOGO sale. I didn't expect them to be any different, but they are better than the original brush! They are softer and seem to spread out more, and somehow it seems to make my foundation application smoother and more even. I would definitely recommend picking one of these up even if you have the original. This also makes a cute gift.  I Recommend This Product   |
Overall  | 03-Dec-2010Original Still Better for 4-in-1 Foundation I received this brush as a free gift with purchase recently at Ulta. I was SO excited to get the brush! It really is so pretty, and the pattern on the handle is just lovely and so well-done! The bristles are much softer and a bit less dense than the original chisel brush. I prefer the original chisel for application of 4-in-1 Foundation by far over this brush, though. I just like the coverage the original brush provides. This Limited Edition brush, with its softer bristles, provides a sheerer coverage (which may be preferred by some ladies, but I like the more medium coverage I can get with the original chisel). That being said, this brush is EXCELLENT for applying the glow powders, blusher and bronzers. The light coverage it offers is perfect for highlighting. I'm thrilled to have this brush, and give it 4 stars for use with foundation, but I'd give it 5 stars for use with the other powders. I Recommend This Product |
