I waited (seemed like forever) to get this product as I had it shipped to me and it took 8 days. However, I was having a huge problem trying to determine what color to buy?! I have light skin, warm undertones and could not decide between the light and golden medium. I used their online information regarding colors and it recommended I order golden medium. I have light skin, but brown eyes and dishwater blonde hair. The golden medium is a perfect match and I LOVE IT!!! I Recommend This Product |
Overall | 06-Mar-2013Great for your skin Ive been usung pur minerals for awhile. Mostly in the summertime. I love everything pur minerals powder foundation has to offer except color choices. Seems the reps dont even know what tones there are in the powder. I have ligjt skin with strong undertones and she swore up and down "light" would be best for me and added i would look good in blush medium too. I said blush medium is for people with pink tones then she said oh ok then golden medium. So i wasnt pretty confident trying "light" and sure enough, it has a pinkish tine to it. Porcelain is way too ghostly so i'm stuck. Wish they had more colors that cater ti yellow toned women!! I Recommend This Product |

Overall   Age: 25-34Gender: femaleSkin Tone: LightSkin Type: Combination | 01-Jan-2013pretty good pur is the second mineral foundation that i have tried, and i do like it much better than it's leading competitor. my face does not burn with application, and i am not experiencing break outs afterwards like i do with all foundations, except pur. it is easy to adjust the amount of coverage. the brush is pretty soft, but if you do not use the primer, i find that the bristles hurt my skin a little. it is also hard to get under the eyes, so i recommend a smaller brush for under the eyes.
the cons, it is VERY expensive, however it is in range with the other higher end brands. it would be nice if a smaller amount was sold for half the price. i also find that if i have ANY dry skin, the product clings to it and makes it very obvious to my face. i really recommend blending really, really well, so that you can't see the powder. also, the foundation does not seem to last that long for me, probably only four hrs or so. but maybe i am not applying enough. Overall | 02-Dec-2012Awesome I've been hooked on 4-in-1 for several year now and can't go back to old-fashioned foundation for everyday use now. The new formula seems no different to me except for one thing: I've always been between "Porcelain" and "Light" shades and always wished for a split pan to get just the right colour...BUT...the "Light" in the NEW formula seems just right (??). I don't know what's different but it works for me. The only drawback is that I find the new packaging a little bulky. Everything else is awesome! Overall | 09-Aug-2012Fantastic I have tried several mineral foundations. I keep coming back to PUR. I like the special ingredients version even better. With the primer (apply and allow to dry), this foundation is near perfect. I can wear it light or heavier. I can reapply late in the day, if needed. The market has many loose powder foundations, but I don't understand how they can be better for you when you breathe in all that powder (I have done it - horrible). The pressed is the way to go. I don't use the brush much. I use a foundation max coverage brush (more gentle and can get around eyes) and then a basic power brush to sweep across the face. This one is a keeper for me.
