Application Tips
Apply products to clean skin, as needed.
To Apply Primer: smooth over skin and allow product to dry before applying additional products.
To Apply Concealer: blend over problem areas with clean fingers or the Maximum Coverage Brush.
To Apply Tinted Moisturizer:Smooth a small amount onto skin and blend for desired coverage.
To Apply 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup: dust onto skin in circular motions using the Chisel Brush. Layer as needed.
To Apply 4-in-1 Liquid Foundation: smooth a small amount over skin with the Liquid Chisel Brush or fingertips.

This complexion kit came free with a purchase and I fell in LOVE with the tinted moisturizer and liquid foundation. I don't wear much make up, just the 4-1 pressed powder and bronzer but after having tried the concealer, liquid foundation and tinted moisturizer I will never go back. The liquid goes on flawlessly and has excellent coverage. Normally, I stay away from liquid because I feel it accentuates my peach fuzz but not the pur liquid. You can barely tell I have anyhting on! And the concealer does wonders to my dark eye circles. I've noticed the shine on my face that usually comes around 5pm after a long day is non existent when I wear the liquid with a light powerder base over. This cover up lasts ALL DAY I LOVE it!! The liquid mineral makeup comes out thick and you only need a small amount. It spreads like velvet, so quick and easy. Really beautiful. It can look cakey if you use too much. I think the moisturizer is a bit darker but again use sparingly. I love this kit and will get another one for winter months. I Recommend This Product5 people liked this comment. |

I agree 100% with everything Lyssious said: the concealer is too white, the tinted moisturizer is too orange, the foundation is nice but I'm way too hooked on 4-in-1 to go back that way (maybe for extra coverage on a special occasion) and the new 4-in-1 is just as awesome as the original. Overall | 25-Aug-2012A Little Mismatched "I've been using the 4-in-1 powder foundation for a couple years now, and the ""light"" shade is my absolute perfect shade - so I bought this thinking ""Sweet, a whole kit in my shade!"" For some reason, the colors of each individual product seem mismatched. The concealer is nearly white when applied; the moisturizer is a whole shade too dark and makes my pink-toned face look orange; the foundation is very close to the powder, though still a wee bit orange-hued; and the powder is perfect. With the concealer, I first thought ""This is a very small container."" The diameter of the concealer tray itself about twice as wide as my thumbnail. Then I found that a little goes an extremely long way. I really like the consistency - it's nice and creamy without being too heavy. It can be a little tricky to double up on blemishes without making white spots even after some serious blending, but buffing over that with one of the foundations tones it back down. It makes a great eye-area highlighter, for dark circles and such. The tinted moisturizer I received, I will probably never use. It's completely the wrong shade to be a part of this kit - it should be a part of the Medium one, in my opinion. My face looked like I got a bad fake tan. Color aside, the formula felt smooth and hydrating. Please, please make it lighter! I like the foundation a lot. Since it's just one hair darker than my actual shade, I'd apply it lightly or mostly on my upper face so that the difference between it and the color of my neck isn't obvious. But it goes on very smoothly, looks pretty natural, and provides great coverage. The 4-in-1 mineral foundation...what more can I say? Dedicated fan, I can see myself using it for years to come, and I would recommend it to anyone. :D All in all, I wouldn't recommend the kit to a fair-skinned friend. I'd say get the concealer in medium, skip the tinted moisturizer, do the foundation only if you really need heavier coverage (and your skin is more gold-undertoned than pink), and buy a boatload of mineral foundation because it's stinkin' awesome."I Don't Recommend This Product 13 people liked this comment. |
